Congratulations are in order! Two of our specialists are named as Virginia Living Magazine’s Top Docs of 2020 list: Dr. Scott Grabill and Dr. Victor Tseng.

Dr. Scott Grabill, DO is a board-certified hip and joint replacement specialist, as well as the Chief of Surgery at Chesapeake Regional Hospital.

Dr. Victor Tseng is a board-certified pain management specialist. Both doctors are proudly located at the SMOC Chesapeake location.
