Gina Martinette, PA-COrthopedic Team
Gina Martinette has been passionate about health and wellness for many years. From running cross country in high school, to working as a group fitness instructor/personal trainer, to obtaining her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Dayton, she has always had a vested interest in the field of sports medicine.
She obtained her MPAS from Kettering College and spent the first part of her career in the emergency department where she learned and grew as a provider. She participated in various leadership positions while working in the ED.
Gina joined SMOC to pursue a career in a speciality that aligns with her values, hobbies, and goals. Gina loves to help her patients maximize their quality of life and realize their potential. She is thrilled to participate in the continuity of care this specialty provides and looks forward to sharing her passion with her patients every day. Gina was raised in Louisville, Kentucky and subsequently spent 7 years pursuing higher education in Dayton, Ohio. She moved to Virginia Beach to enjoy a coastal lifestyle. She continues to lead an active life, running in many local races and participating in various fitness/sporting events throughout the week.
