Aaron Zadai, PA-COrthopedic Team
Aaron Zadai is a Hampton Roads native with a strong foundation in both science and patient-centered care. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Old Dominion University in 2014, followed by his Master of Physician Assistant degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) in 2018.
Aaron’s interest in sports medicine began early, following a serious car accident at age 17 that resulted in a spinal injury. After undergoing physical therapy and rehabilitation, he developed a deep appreciation for the recovery process and the impact orthopedic care can have on restoring quality of life. That experienaaronce continues to shape his approach to patient care today.
He further developed his clinical skills working in emergency medicine, where he gained extensive experience managing acute orthopedic injuries and surgical emergencies. This fast-paced environment strengthened his ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
Aaron is especially passionate about patient education. He takes pride in sitting down with patients to thoroughly explain their diagnosis, the underlying mechanics of their condition, and the available treatment options—ensuring they feel informed, confident, and involved in their care.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his two children, staying active in sports, and supporting their growth and development.
