A 13-year career training bottle-nosed dolphins set in motion a cross country journey for Dr. Richard Guinand, D.O. His trek included graduating in the top five percent of his class from medical school, working 15 years as a Board Certified Family Practice doctor specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine, and serving five of those years as a physician for SEAL teams at Naval Amphibious Base, Little Creek, VA.
